PLEASE NOTE: Express Shipping does NOT mean express processing.  This is a fast shipping method only.  If you require your order urgently, please include a note with the date required when placing your order or contact us via email (bugandmouse.enquiry@gmail.com) so we can arrange a quicker dispatch.

 

SHIPPING

We offer FREE STANDARD TRACKED SHIPPING on Australian orders over $80  (after any discounts have been applied).

Please make sure your colour selection, size and PayPal address are correct before you purchase.

LOCAL PICK UP

Bug & Mouse HQ's are located in Brisbane's South East (Postcode: 4179).  If you are a local and want to collect your order for free, please select the 'Free Pickup' option under Shipping Methods at checkout and email us at bugandmouse.enquiry@gmail.com to organise a pick up day / time.

SHIPPING - AUSTRALIA

Domestic orders are sent via Australia Post with either Parcel Post (trackable) at  a flat rate of $8.00, which takes 3-5 days or Express Post (trackable) at a flat rate of $11.00, which takes 1-3 days from Brisbane, Qld.  We are not responsible for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit.

SHIPPING - INTERNATIONAL

International shipping is at a flat rate of A$21.00 (incl. tracking) and can take up to 20 business days to arrive once shipped.  Buyer is responsible for all customs duty, taxes or charges.  We are not responsible for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER

Yes you will receive an email with your tracking number.  You will be able to track your order via Australia Post website.  If you have any concerns when your package is in transit, please do not hesitate to contact me.

EXCHANGES / REFUNDS 

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase from bug+mouse.  If however for any reason you would like to exchange or return your purchase please notify me within 7 days of receipt of your order by email, quoting your order number. The item must be unused, unworn with labels in tact.  Return shipping is the customers responsibility.  The new item being exchanged will be shipped within 2-3 days of us receiving the incorrect item.

RETURNS

Sale or discounted items are final and are not subject to our usual returns policy, unless faulty.  All international sales are final.

WRONG ITEM RECEIVED / FAULTY or MISSING AN ITEM

Please notify me within 7 days of receipt of your order by email, quoting your order number and this will be sorted ASAP.  The item must be unused, unworn with labels in tact.  We will cover the postage for the incorrect / faulty item being returned to us and will cover the postage for the correct item to be sent to you.
